1. Snapics AI Service Overview

Welcome to Snapics AI. We provide an AI-powered service that generates professional headshots for individuals and teams. Our platform uses advanced artificial intelligence to create studio-quality portraits from your uploaded photos.

Users upload their photos to our service, and our AI headshot generator processes these images to produce professional headshots with various backgrounds, poses, and styles for your selection and use. The service is designed to create professional images suitable for LinkedIn profiles, company websites, professional portfolios, and other business uses.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3. Licensing & Ownership

While you retain ownership of your AI headshots, Snapics AI owns all intellectual property rights in the service itself, including our algorithms, software, and technology. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our service. Any feedback you provide about our service may be used by us without obligation to you.

4. User Content

When you upload photos to our service ("User Content"), you retain all rights you already hold in such content. However, you grant Snapics AI a limited license to use, process, and store your uploaded photos solely for the purpose of:

• Generating AI headshots through our service
• Providing and maintaining the service
• Improving our AI technology and algorithms

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use any photos submitted to our service and that such use does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using our service, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated methods to access or use the service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or AI headshots to third parties in violation of these Terms

Snapics AI reserves the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions.

6. Payment & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

7. Privacy & Data Retention

Your uploaded photos will be securely stored on our servers and automatically deleted after 30 days. Generated AI headshots will remain accessible in your account for as long as your account remains active, unless you choose to delete them earlier.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SNAPICS AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SNAPICS AI DURING THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and/or by other means as determined by us.

Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our service.
