Processing time depends on the try-on mode and current load. Quick Try-On takes about 10 seconds. Styled Photoshoot may take 30–60 seconds. Priority processing is available on paid plans.
We support JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. Maximum file size is 10MB per image.
We have a strict no-refund-on-usage policy for digital goods. If you've used credits, the service has been delivered. Refunds are only possible within 7 days if zero credits have been used. See our Refund Policy for details.
You can purchase additional credit packs or upgrade your plan. Free plan users receive credits monthly which reset at the start of each billing cycle.
